Are all of your items made my hand?

Yes! Every part of my sewing process is handmade – selecting fabric and towels, cutting fabric, sewing, and hand sewing buttons. I do purchase premade towels.

Why do you have a monthly restock instead of just keeping inventory on hand?

A restock system allows me to mange my workflow and control the pace at which I create. I also have 4 kiddos, and this system allows me to both jobs that I love!

How do I know when restocks are?

Restock dates are always listed on the profile section of my Instagram page.

How long do items take to create and ship?

Most items are “ready-to-ship” and a few are “made-to-order”. Ready-to-ship items are pre-made and take 5-7 business days to ship. Made-to-order is made after your order is place, and will ship in approximately 1-2 weeks. Expect a slightly longer receiving time during the holidays, due to possible USPS delays.

Do you ship internationally?

I do ship to Canada!

Do you offer any shipping coupons?

Shipping is not free for me, so I am unable to waive shipping for customers. However, I do offer automatic free shipping for order over $50 in a single transaction.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email at whatever account you listed as your contact during checkout. Tracking will be included, if your item comes with it.

Is there a way to waive shipping if I’m able to do a local Phoenix, AZ pickup?

Yes! Use code LOCALAZ to waive shipping when you checkout. I’ll contact you by email when your order is ready.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes. Contact me via email or DM via Instagram.

Is there any way to preview what items will be upcoming for a restock?

Yes! Follow along with me on Instagram @LAVISHLY_VINTAGE for the most up-to-date information. Items can be viewed on stories a few days before the restock and will be saved in a highlight bubble on my profile page.

What is my best chance for getting an item I really want if there are only a few available?

Preview items on Instagram in advance and be ready to checkout right when the listings go live. I am able to combine shipping on multiple orders in the same restock. Please leave a note when checking out so I know a head of time.
